1. the kvm kernel config options are outdated, would be best to gather up to date information from https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/QEMU#Kernel
2. modprobing the kvm modules shouldn't be nececssary, they should be automatically loaded.
3. the chmod /dev/kvm bug listed from 2014 and i believe should be removed
