Improvements and Fixes

FL-9194
ego boot update will now copy amd-uc.img to /boot -- this is a fix for an issue related to loading microcode for AMD processors at boot-time.
FL-6103
When scanning for kernels, ego boot will now automatically skip .sig files used for Secure Boot. I also incorporated a fix from User:vadik which allows for specific kernels or kernel patterns to be excluded with a -pattern. Previously, this feature was undocumented and not working. Now it should be working and also is documented in the man page.
