There are many ways to install Funtoo on a Raspberry PI. See Funtoo_Linux_Installation_on_RPI an example of how to manage the steps involved, assuming you already have a running Funtoo on an x86-64bit architecture.
This subarch is optimized specifically for the Raspberry Pi 2 Model B version 1.2 (Oct 2016), Raspberry Pi 3 Model B and Compute Module 3 (2017). These boards feature the BCM2837 SoC (System on Chip) and Cortex 53 cores.
