Baselayout minor Update
- Update to sys-apps/baselayout available. This update covers minor changes in various
/etcfiles, such asshells,protocols,servicesetc. ref. https://bugs.funtoo.org/browse/FL-2462, https://bugs.funtoo.org/browse/FL-2791
Imortant change is in /etc/fstab, which is now corrected to match the one described in install guide, ref. https://bugs.funtoo.org/browse/FL-2735
