Metatools 1.0.4 is a regular release which was released on 20 April 2022.

New Features

Meta-Repo Tree Gen: merge-kits, when used locally to generate your own custom meta-repo, supports both the fixups_url= and fixups_branch= command-line arguments. These make it much easier and convenient to generate a meta-repo locally based on changes in your own branch of kit-fixups for testing. See Metatools:Generate Your Own Meta-Repo for more information on how to use these capabilities.

Minor Fixes

Mirroring: Bugs in the production meta-repo mirroring code (used to mirror kits and meta-repo to GitHub) were detected and resolved. This is only used in our production tree regen and doesn't impact developer usage of the tool.
